Sustainability is at our core
We’ve seen the waste created from a conventional new home build. So, we take a circular approach to building and construction, with an aim to reduce our carbon footprint.
We’ve designed a way to use repurposed materials from all across the supply chain, from local and on-site sources, taking this waste and re-manufacturing it into strong, safe, and sustainable building supplies.
We deploy re-purposed materials wherever possible, including ocean plastic within our high-performance insulation, redundant wood chips in our structural timber panels, and recycled aluminium for our façade frames.
OUR TEAM
We all grew up in the generation that has seen leaps and bounds in technology. From VCRs to always-on internet, from fax to video calls. We’ve seen how technology has revolutionised the world.
But construction has remained stagnant. It uses the same techniques that have been around for hundreds of years.
And, as we watch our environment deteriorate around us, we’ve seen a desperate need for change.
Construction accounts for 40% of the earth’s carbon emissions—this can’t continue.
Hailing from Perth, Western Australia, we want to revolutionise the construction industry and lead the way in greener, more sustainable building methods. Producing buildings with zero carbon footprint, zero site waste, and repurposed materials is possible, and is the natural next step to help protect our environment.
As a team of like-minded builders and engineers, we had the idea to create a pre-engineered, tested, and certified modular building system. A system that makes it easier to help people build the home they love, while minimising their impact on the earth.
